Firm Overview

This office has always prided itself in the fact that our clients receive personal service from the lawyers in the firm. We want to get to know the clients so that we can evaluate what is best for them. We try to stay in contact with our clients. We have a system in place that provides for follow up on files even if the client does not initiate the contact.

We try to return all client phone calls. Our policy is to return a call no later than by the end of the next business day. Of course, when we are in trial, we may not be able to do that. But our secretaries will inform a client if the call can’t be returned because of a trial.

If the call is an emergency, someone will talk to the client as soon as possible.

When you deal with our office, you will be dealing with the lawyers. You will not be dealing only paralegals or secretaries. The lawyers will see and talk to you personally about all aspects of your case.
