I graduated from Bellaire High School in 1983. I attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism in 1987. I attended Capital Univeristy Law School and graduated in 1990. I was admitted to the practice of law in the fall of 1990.

I came back to Belmont County upon my graduation, and joined my father, Richard L. Lancione, and his partners, in a law partnership in Bellaire, Ohio. I became a Partner in the firm in 1994, the same year my first child was born. In 1995, my husband joined the firm.

While I was at The Ohio State University, I worked as a page in the Ohio House of Representatives for two years. While in law school I clerked for a local firm in Columbus which specialized in insurance work.

I have been in the private practice of law, with our offices in Bellaire, since 1990. I have been handled many different types of cases in my 19 years in the practice. Currently, I handle Social Security Disability, Wills, Guardianships and Estates, Real estate transactions and closings , and personal injury. I also do corporate work for many of my clients.

I am a member of the Belmont County, and Ohio State Bar Association. I have served as Treasurer of our local bar association for the last 9 years.

I can practice in all Ohio courts, The Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, our office also handles cases in West Virginia.

I have been active in the community as well as the legal field. I am a member of the Bellaire Chamber of Commerce, and the Bellaire Kiwanis Club.

I have been married to Scott Lloyd since 1991. We have two children, Spencer and Zachary.
